Returns

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.

    • Certain items are non-returnable, such as personalized or custom-made products, clearance items, and gift cards.

    • Once we approve your return request, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
    • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

Refunds

    • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
